I am in the process of using up the garden goodies from last year that are stored in my freezer. So I pulled out some corn on the cob yesterday and decided it was time to do something other than serve it boiled and buttered. Since I was preparing to fry some fish fillets, I decided I also needed to fry the corn. I brought the oil to 350 degrees and less than 5 minutes later, it was being served warm. It was exceptional! If you have oil already hot and ready, take the 4 minutes it will require to deep fry some corn on the cob. You’ll be very deliciously glad you did!
